About Us Let’sTHRIVE360

“I want to do something that helps all nonprofits” is the sentence that started it all. It was spoken out loud for the first time in the Fall of 2013. To say that it was slow to start is an understatement after such a big overstatement. The process was slow but thoughtful; learning and discovering the needs of all variety of nonprofits. The one thing they all have in common is their need for volunteers. It is their lifeblood—helping to promote nonprofits’ mission while keeping operational costs down.

In 2016, we introduced our initial concept to increase the number of volunteers overall.  It helped, but we knew something was missing and felt we were meant to have a bigger impact.

A closer look was taken at the volunteers who are the unpaid people doing the activities that keep the nonprofits’ viable.  This is the perspective from which LetsTHRIVE360 comes. It didn’t take long to uncover that volunteerism has taken on a new role, a life-changing role, in our society.  From high school graduation, scholarship, college admission all the way to the justice system requiring community service, volunteering now plays a role in a person’s life path.  Yet this life-altering data wasn’t in their control and was burdened with paperwork. Also, society has put a focus on corporate social responsibility and company culture.

WE HELP PEOPLE BE BETTER, INTENTIONALLY.

This is our mission. With the launch of our first Better Intentionally product, Altruize App, volunteers can control their own data for their own purposes and fit it into their own lives. Thank you for learning more about us and our journey. We would love to help you on your giving-back journey!

Altruize was created with Love!

The next version of our concept came in 2019, when the word “Altruize” was created.  “We just want people to exercise their altruism” was the next important statement that has shaped our journey.  If people were as intentional about their volunteer time as they are about their exercise time (or any time that is set aside for special use), volunteerism could finally be given the same importance as a life goal, new year’s resolution or a calendar reminder.
